/requirements:

Solid background in the back-end development
Good knowledge and experience with technologies and tools that are described above
Experience with high-load projects
Experience in refactoring a monolith
Understanding of the service-oriented architecture
2+years experience as Tech lead/ Team lead
Expertise in agile methodologies, lean processes, and engineering quality standards
Skills to manage a large cross-functional team
Experience mentoring and developing team members
Strong leadership, communication and conflict management skills

Tech stack: PHP 8.3, Symfony 6.4+, Percona MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Nuxt.js, SSR, Jenkins

/responsibilities:

Architect, design, and maintain technical solutions on the platform
Enforce best practices for clean and maintainable code
Investigate, propose, and implement technical solutions for business needs
Translating high-level project requirements into actionable technical tasks, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and system design
Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements
Identifying and mitigating technical risks through proactive assessment of dependencies, scalability concerns, and potential bottlenecks
Managing the team of BE, FE developers and QA specialists (15 people)
Participation in strategic planning and setting goals for the team
Mentor and support the professional growth of the team
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process where applicable.
