/requirements:

Education: Higher education in finance, economics, banking, accounting or other related fields;
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience on a similar position in IT industry;
In-depth competence in budgeting, preparing financial statements and analyzing financial indicators;
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, MS Dynamics etc);
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, think critically and structurally;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with various stakeholders and internal teams;
Independent, proactive, detail-oriented and a responsible team player, with ability to work in fast moving environment;
English: Intermediate level or higher.

As a plus:

Background in iGaming or Crypto domains;
Leadership and team management skills.

/responsibilities:

Forecasting and Budgeting: budget creation, support of the budget approval process, control of budget completion, variance analysis of the budget with the preparation analytical comments and proposals for improving indicators for management;
Financial Reporting and Dashboards: creation and maintaining financial reporting package (PL, CF, BS, Changes in Equity, analytical reports) and dashboards, offering real-time insights into financial performance;
Financial Analysis and Modeling: analytical reviews of the Group’s financial performance; conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the financial viability of new opportunities, projects and partnerships;
Cost Control & Optimization: monitor the Group’s expenses and financial operations, and identify ways to optimize costs. Perform cost-controlling functions, ensuring effective management and oversight of company expenses;
Performance Metrics Tracking: collaborate with managers to define and implement performance metrics that align with financial objectives;
Process automation: take part in automatization processes, evaluate current processes and contribute to the ongoing automation efforts in accounting system and Power BI;
Financial Policies: design controls, review and update all existing and required financial policies (regarding budgeting, financial reporting etc) and ensure their compliance;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with the treasury, legal, product and other cross-functional teams to organize and launch financial processes.
