Senior CRM Retention Manager

/requirements:

3+ years of experience as CRM manager/ Retention manager/ Email-marketing manager.— Expertise in multi-channel campaign management (Emails, SMS, Web Push, WhatsApp, Telegram).
Ability to dive into customer base segmentation and find growth points.
Familiarity with Retention metrics (OR, CTR, DAU, Сhurn, LTV).
Knowledge of direct communication channel standards and benchmarks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.— Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
Strong technical understanding of domain reputation management.

/responsibilities:

Implementation, integration, and support of CRM system, data enrichment, and expanding capabilities.
Configuration, support, and monitoring of communication channels: SMS, email, web-push, ,in-app, pop-ups, chatbots.
Planning, launching, and monitoring the performance of automated (triggered) direct communication chains.
Conducting A/B tests and testing hypotheses.
Analyzing user profiles and behavior insights in order to create powerful offers and messages for each user segment.
Collaboration with a team to achieve goals.
Track competitors and emerge trends in the industry
