/requirements:
  • 3+ years of  experience as CRM manager/ Retention manager/ Email-marketing manager.— Expertise in multi-channel campaign management (Emails, SMS, Web Push, WhatsApp, Telegram).
  • Ability to dive into customer base segmentation and find growth points.
  • Familiarity with Retention metrics (OR, CTR, DAU, Сhurn, LTV).
  • Knowledge of direct communication channel standards and benchmarks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.— Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
  • Strong technical understanding of domain reputation management.
/responsibilities:
  • Implementation, integration, and support of CRM system, data enrichment, and expanding capabilities.
  • Configuration, support, and monitoring of communication channels: SMS, email, web-push, ,in-app, pop-ups, chatbots.
  • Planning, launching, and monitoring the performance of automated (triggered) direct communication chains.
  • Conducting A/B tests and testing hypotheses.
  • Analyzing user profiles and behavior insights in order to create powerful offers and messages for each user segment.
  • Collaboration with a team to achieve goals.
  • Track competitors and emerge trends in the industry
