  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment roles, successfully hiring mid to C-level professionals;
  • Strong skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers;
  • In-depth experience with various candidate sourcing platforms and tools;
  • Proficiency in recruiting candidates for remote positions;
  • Skilled in crafting engaging and persuasive messages for candidate outreach and communication;
  • Skills in analyzing recruitment funnel metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information;
  • Ability to set clear hiring goals and organize daily activities for maximum efficiency;
  • Experience in market research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
  • Desire to work for results and quality — hiring specialists that match with the culture and values of the company;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of self-organization;
  • Knowledge of English B1/B2+.
/responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's objectives;
  • Manage the full recruitment process;
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates, hard & soft skills and suitability for various roles (tech/marketing/administrative/analytics/C level);
  • Developing targeted strategies to attract and retain top talent tailored to specific role requirements;
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and desired candidate profiles to hire the right specialist;
  • Maintaining active and engaging communication with candidates and always providing them with clear, constructive, and timely feedback — Using ATS to streamline candidate management throughout the hiring process;
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify challenges and developing solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness;
  • Creating reports about recruitment activities and outcomes;
  • Stay informed about IT industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
