/requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment roles, successfully hiring mid to C-level professionals;
- Strong skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers;
- In-depth experience with various candidate sourcing platforms and tools;
- Proficiency in recruiting candidates for remote positions;
- Skilled in crafting engaging and persuasive messages for candidate outreach and communication;
- Skills in analyzing recruitment funnel metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information;
- Ability to set clear hiring goals and organize daily activities for maximum efficiency;
- Experience in market research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
- Desire to work for results and quality — hiring specialists that match with the culture and values of the company;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of self-organization;
- Knowledge of English B1/B2+.
/responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's objectives;
- Manage the full recruitment process;
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates, hard & soft skills and suitability for various roles (tech/marketing/administrative/analytics/C level);
- Developing targeted strategies to attract and retain top talent tailored to specific role requirements;
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and desired candidate profiles to hire the right specialist;
- Maintaining active and engaging communication with candidates and always providing them with clear, constructive, and timely feedback — Using ATS to streamline candidate management throughout the hiring process;
- Analyzing recruitment data to identify challenges and developing solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness;
- Creating reports about recruitment activities and outcomes;
- Stay informed about IT industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
