/requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager;
- Maintain and develop the product roadmap and strategy;
- Generate new hypotheses, test and implement them. Experience with AB testing;
- Monitor and improve product metrics in existing brands and when launching new brands from scratch;
- Proficient understanding of the entire product development lifecycle;
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data;
- Skillful in balancing metric-driven decision-making with a business mindset;
- Experience in cooperation with cross-functional teams, including Tech Development, Marketing, Billing etc;
- Ability to dive into details and think critically. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
/responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve product performance metrics for existing and newly launched products;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product usage, identifying growth opportunities, and conduct data-driven experiments;
- Develop strategies for short to mid-term product advancement, aligning with overall business objectives. Monitor and improve product metrics in existing brands and when launching new brands from scratch;
- Take charge of the product roadmap, setting priorities, defining objectives, and effectively communicating the vision to the team;
- Contribute to shaping the broader strategy of the product department and refining the development process;
- Collaborate with diverse departments and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
