/requirements:
  • Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields or advanced finance-related degree is preferred (CFA, ACCA, CIMA or is in process of obtaining);
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar practical: This experience should encompass a solid understanding of financial processes within an IT company.Strong financial expertise — experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost control principles and financial reporting (according to IFRS) combined with functional best practices and technical knowledge to do the job at a high level;
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, MS Dynamics etc);
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability in analytical thinking and drive to strive in a fast-paced environment with the requirements to learn quickly, to be open to change, to connect values with actions, to pursue everything with energy and drive, to steadfastly push self and others for results;
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and individuals;
  • Work Ethic: Independent, proactive, detail-oriented and a responsible team player; strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;

As a plus:

      

  • Previous background in iGaming or Affiliate marketing.
/responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning&Analysis

— Review the budgeting process and suggest improvements to current methods, including automation procedures.

— Develop and implement Budget policy that will be aligned with the group’s and portfolio project’s strategy and objectives.

— Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and variances reporting.

— Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.

— Analysis of reports and financial indicators, on the basis of which growth points and/or risks can be reasonably determined.

  • Financial Management Reporting

— Update and implementation management accounting policy.

— Organization of verified, complete and timely financial management accounting, implementation quality control over financial transactions and reporting.

— Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial management reporting for the all stakeholders: team leads of portfolio projects, shareholders and management board.

— Review and analyze the financial statements of the company, highlighting group financial performance and risks.

  • Process automation

— Take part in automatization processes, evaluate current processes and contribute to the ongoing automation efforts in accounting system and Power BI.

— Automation of financial management accounting.

— Participation in review current accounting system and development the strategy for its improvement or replacement.

  • Optimize resource allocation

— Oversee day-to-day financial operations and expense management, determine methods to reduce costs and ensure optimal use of company resources.

— Working capital management.

— Collaborate with other departments (stakeholders) to optimize resource allocation, fostering efficiency and synergy.

  • Work with portfolio projects

— Monitor the financial perfomance of portfolio projects.

— Provide guidance to optimise their financial operations, profitability, cash management and growth strategies.

— Providing projects with tools that allow them to better manage their income and expenses (budget, reports, etc.).

— Collaborate with other teams to optimize financial operations and improve financial performance.

  • Corporate Development/ Investor Relations

— Participate in due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations with potential investors.

— Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Financial Controlling Team’s Management

— Lead and develop the Financial Controlling team by setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

— Manage the team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

  • Risk Management

— Identify and mitigate the main financial risks that could impact the company’s stability and profitability. Maintain, and develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.
