/requirements:
- 3+ years in payment/billing within iGaming;
- Understanding of various payment processing methods (cards, alternative methods);
- Experience with anti-fraud services (setting risk rules, analyzing effectiveness);
- Ability to work confidently with financial/transactional data;
- Experience with technical integrations, payment funnels, and flows;
- Proficient in written communication with foreign clients or partners;
- Basic understanding of payment and transactional systems;
- Willingness to expand knowledge of payment systems;
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and politely;
- Understanding of online payment flow fundamentals and card schemes;
- Strong concentration and attention to detail;
- Quality data analysis skills.
/responsibilities:
- Manage payment methods and conduct research as requested by management;
- Monitor billing KPIs (balance, approval rates, conversion rates, average transaction value, abandoned transactions, timeouts, etc.);
- Escalate drops and anomalies to providers and internal teams for prompt resolution;
- Interact with marketing, CRM, customer support, and other departments to handle requests;
- Document changes on the cashier, including button management and payment flows;
- Dive deep into payment flows and analyze back-office processes;
- Notify relevant teams of critical changes in cashier processes;
- Conduct payment tests and collaborate with local staff;
- Prepare and present data/analysis in meetings;
- Seek and integrate new payment partners;
- Review API documentation, test requests, and analyze responses;
- Communicate with providers to resolve issues;
- Create technical specifications for the development team and support processes until production launch;
- Collaborate with the support team on payment-related issues;
- Monitor the status of active integrations using Tableau/Grafana/ELK;
- Analyze errors and investigate their causes in logs.
